Terms and Conditions for “Pick 2” Mobile Game

Welcome to Pick 2! Pick 2 is a mobile game which is inspired by the popular Nigerian

WHOT card game. Pick 2 is developed and managed by PlaySphere Studios

(“Provider”); a game and software development company incorporated in Nigeria.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Pick 2 mobile

game ("App").By downloading, accessing, or playing our game, you agree to be bound

by these Terms and any policies referenced within, including our Privacy Policy.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or accessing or using the App, you confirm that you have read,

understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these

Terms in their entirety, you must not download, access, or use the App.

2. Age Restrictions

The App is not targeted towards, nor intended for use by, anyone under the age of 18. If

you are between the ages of 13 and 18 (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction),

you may use the App only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who

agrees to be bound by these Terms.

3. License to Use

Subject to your agreement and continuing compliance with these Terms and any other

relevant Pick 2 policies, Pick 2 grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable,

revocable, limited license to download and use the App for your own individual

purposes. You agree not to use the App for any other purpose.

4. Account Creation and Security

You may be required to create an account to access certain features of the App. You

agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration

process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. Pick

2 reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that are suspected of being

fraudulent.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All rights, title, and interest in and to the App (excluding content provided by users) are

and will remain the exclusive property of Pick 2 and the Provider. The App is protected

by copyright and other intellectual property laws and treaties.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

(i) copying, distributing, or disclosing any part of the App in any medium;

(ii) using the App for any commercial purposes without having all necessary

rights and licenses from Pick 2;

(iii) attempting to interfere with or compromise the system integrity or security.

(iv) attempting to exploit any fraudulent means that may introduce unfair

gameplay

7. Funding Wallet and Withdrawal

The App allows users to fund their game wallet via various channels e.g. Debit Cards,

bank transfers etc. When users fund their wallet, they are assigned an equivalent in

game currency called “Chips” at an exchange rate determined by the provider. Users

can then use these chips to play and wager against other users under different game

modes.

Users may also withdraw their winnings into a designated bank account after playing

any chosen game mode and emerging as a winner. During withdrawal, in-game chips

will be converted back to naira and same credited into the bank account provided by the

user.

By default, 1 chip = 1 naira. The provider may review this exchange rate as deemed fit

with reasonable notice and communication to users.

Users must take care to provide the correct bank details and not breach other banking

security protocol.

8. Termination

The provider may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without

prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you

breach these Terms.

9. Disclaimers

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Pick 2 makes no

representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the

App or the information, content, or materials included therein.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Pick 2, the Provider, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents,

suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or

punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use,

the App.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of

Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

The provider reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms

at any time. By continuing to access or use our App after those revisions become

effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
